I have had one other event s few months ago where tello stopped working for an evening. No hotspot for internet. Mintsim also not working, so that may have been tmobile? down. Worked the next day.

This event. tello hotspot stopped working in the evening. Mintsim worked ok, so this says that tello was down. Tello worked again the next day.
Tello has been pretty reliable, but when it goes down it takes a lot of time to try to determine whether the problem is my computer, tello, or whatever. Kind of frustrating.
Another frustration is that I was thinking about getting a new phone (samsung a23 5g). Tello can't tell me if it will work without an imei. I don't have an imei because I haven't bought the phone yet.

Tello prepaid phone service is great. The customer service is super. They know what they are talking about and have the patience to explain all the features which make them great. I do not understand why people are still paying so much money for mobile phone service when the prepaid is available at a normal price. I spoke with Wady (Widat Atue). She explained features that were unknown to me about Tello, but not only about Tello, but in general about prepaid sim card, e sim, etc.
I would recommend Tello mobile service to anyone who is searching for a reliable mobile service at a price that is reasonable and won't kill your wallet. I can't wait for Tello prepaid to offer roaming, which I was told was coming some time soon. In the meantime I learned about wifi calling which helps a great deal while visiting and vacationing overseas. Thank you Tello.

Tello has been great. Service has been flawless and price can’t be beaten. Would highly recommend.

So far the service provided has been very reliable. Also, from my few interactions with support personnel, the experiences have been positive. With each interaction, my issue(s) were resolved.

I have been having a very difficult time breaking away from the mega wireless providers. Verizon made it very difficult to switch to TracFone and TracFone was making difficult for me to switch to Tello. While having issues porting my number I called Tello's customer service line for some help. I was expecting someone to answer whom I couldn't understand and who, no matter what questions I ask, seem to give generic answers only and clearly reading from a script. At least that has been my experience when calling Verizon and TracFone customer service. I was VERY pleasantly surprised when Thay answered. He was very friendly and professional. He also was very patient in helping me sort my mess out and spoke in terms that I could understand. He was thorough in correcting my issues and put me in a better mood. Thay is hands down one of the best customer service reps I have ever had the pleasure of talking with on the phone.
